Welcome to Kally’s Finds 💙

By placing an order with Kally’s Finds, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all Finders.

 

🛍️ Product Availability

We do our best to keep all listed items available. However, due to demand across multiple sales channels, some styles may occasionally sell out before order processing is completed.

If your selected frame becomes unavailable after payment, you will be offered:

• A frame replacement, or
• A full refund

We’ll always communicate promptly if this happens.

 

💳 Orders & Payments

All orders are processed after full payment confirmation.

Orders are prepared and dispatched once payment has been successfully received.

KF reserves the right to cancel or decline orders in cases involving:

• Incorrect pricing
• Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
• Unavailable products

In such cases, affected customers will be notified and refunded where applicable.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy and Refund Policy.

We encourage Finders to review product details carefully before placing orders. If you need help choosing, our team is always happy to assist.

Finders are responsible for providing correct delivery details, including:

• Full address
• Active phone number

KF is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
