At Kally’s Finds, we work hard to get your glasses to you safely and on time. 

📍 Delivery Timelines:

Within Lagos:

0–2 working days after payment 

Outside Lagos:

3-5 working days after dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary during:

• High-demand periods

• Public holidays

• Unexpected courier delays

We always keep Finders informed of any major delays.

📦 Order Dispatch

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and dispatched once ready.

You will receive delivery updates once your order has been sent out.

Please confirm your delivery address and phone number carefully before placing your order.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details, additional delivery fees may apply for re-dispatch.

KF is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. But in the case of any such delay, our finders will be properly communicated to.
