Refund policy

Refund Policy:

At Kally’s Finds, we want every Finder to feel happy and well taken care of 💙

We offer a full refund if:

• Your selected frame becomes unavailable before dispatch, and you choose not to switch to another option.

• You receive glasses that are not exactly what you ordered and prefer a refund over an exchange.

Approved refunds are processed within 1-2 working days via your original payment method.

Refunds aren’t available for change of mind, preference, sizing, or wear-and-tear,  but if you ever need clarity, we’re always happy to help 💙
