Do you deliver outside Nigeria?
Yes, we do! If your country isn’t showing at checkout, just reach out to us via WhatsApp or email and we’ll arrange delivery for you.
How long does delivery take within Lagos?
Lagos deliveries are usually same-day or next working day, depending on your location and order time.
How long does delivery take outside Lagos?
Delivery outside Lagos typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
How long do international deliveries take?
International deliveries usually take about 5–7 working days, depending on your country.
How long does it take to process my order?

Do you accept payment on delivery?
We currently don’t offer payment on delivery directly on the website. However, if this is something you need, feel free to message us on WhatsApp and we’ll see how best to assist.

How do I order prescription glasses?
Simply place your frame order first so it doesn’t get sold out. After that, send your prescription to us via WhatsApp and we’ll take care of the rest.
Can I order non-prescription lenses?
Yes! We offer protective and non-prescription lens options, and you’ll see available choices during checkout.
What lenses come with the frames?
Our frames come with basic demo lenses. If you need prescription or protective lenses, we’ll replace them with high-quality optical lenses made for clarity and comfort.
Are your lenses glass or plastic?
Our lenses are made from advanced optical materials that feel like glass but are actually lighter, safer, and more durable.

Our frames are made from durable, high-quality materials like acetate, metal, titanium, and TR90.
Are your frames durable?
Yes, they are. We carefully select frames that are strong, comfortable, and built to last.
How do I know if a frame will fit me?
Each frame includes size details to guide you. If you’re unsure, just send us a message on WhatsApp — we’re always happy to help you choose.

What happens if the frame I ordered becomes unavailable?
If a frame becomes unavailable after your order, we’ll contact you immediately to offer alternatives or arrange a refund.
